Fields Trip Media is about empowering our family of musicians - giving all the adults, children & grandchildren in our extended family a chance to write songs, record music, sing and explore creative expression. 1st up: Fields Trip Family Band. The song: "The Choice (Don't Make A Woman Break the Law). It’s a Country/Bluegrass/Folk story-song about a Woman's Right To Choose. While not exactly a protest song, it follows the truest Americana tradition of story telling to get a message across with a song. Knowing that the subject might be too controversial for a commercial artist, the family decided to record it themselves.
